Description

cluster octopus (15.2.4-1focal)
client octopus (15.2.1-0ubuntu2~cloud0)

in our testing we've noticed that some virtual machines are crashing in librbd1:

[1546893.072118] fn-radosclient1477959: segfault at 55df00003f22 ip 00007f3c451c5e26 sp 00007f3c1fffe470 error 4 in librbd.so.1.12.0[7f3c44fe7000+5a0000]

See the attached gdb.txt for `thread apply all bt` and `thread apply all bt full` for dumped core.

This may be load related, as all those VMs are configured with 1GB of ram, which leads to OOMs inside them.
