Description

When you remove a group or remove a initiator from a group, the initiator will still think it belongs to a group and will not allow us to edit its disks.

This will be backported to octopus and nautilus together with https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/47393.

https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/47393 has already been backported to nautilus, so we need to backport this on its own.
