Description
We've added character restrictions on file system names but there's no mechanism for fixing a legacy file system name. Add a command which allows the operator to change the fsname.

I think we should also rethink allowing "." in file system names. Jeff is about to open a ticket to change the mount syntax for the kernel. We would like to use periods as a separator.
