upgrade doc has to be modified to include upgrading ceph-mds as well

In the above mentioned doc, in section "upgrading a metadata server", we need to add a command "sudo apt-get install ceph-mds" to upgrade the ceph-mds package as well.

currently it only upgrades ceph package and not ceph-mds.
