Description
Currently run-backend-api-tests.sh script provides, in case of error, 100k lines of logs of each daemon (mgr and osd), which makes output data hard to handle (~112 MB)
Proposed change is to reduce verbosity (removing '-d' flag in vstart.sh) and reducing log output from 100k to just 1k per daemon. Let's evaluate if logs are still

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
