Description
This will be very helpful when release ceph package(like RPM) with backporting rados_getaddrs() api to previous version. In tcmu-runner we need to check this to get whether the rados_getaddrs() is supported or not.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
