Description

This bug is raised to articulate the need for a Crisp (cephadm-based) Octopus Getting Started Guide.

The Getting Started Guide must be highly discoverable, so I have decided that we need a three-button menu on the landing page that directs you to one of three important sites: (1) this Octopus Getting Started Guide, (2) the Developer Guide, and (3) the bug trackers. The Octopus GSG guide is for people who want to get right into running a simple Ceph cluster. The Developer Guide is for people who want to know how to make a contribution to the Ceph project. And the bug tracker is included in this because we don't yet have a big red button that directs you to the bug tracker, and I think that the bug tracker should be more prominent.
