Description

Looking at the stats reported by prometheus, I noticed missing data points in the graph.
After looking into it, I found that a KeyError was aborting when an state which was not listed in PG_STATES.

neha-ojha suggests this be backported, but I am unsure of the process.
Will leave that to someone who knows how to do it.
