Description

For example, attempting to globally set the "rbd_default_data_pool" option and then using "rbd" to create a new image using the default pool will result in the following:

2020-07-29T08:52:44.393-0400 7f2a97fff700 4 set_mon_vals failed to set rbd_default_data_pool = rbd-data: Configuration option 'rbd_default_data_pool' may not be modified at runtime

This broke default pool handling for krbd map/unmap, should be fixed by https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/36854.
