Description

Mgr plugin should persist directories (snapshots) which are assigned to be replicated to a filesystem in a remote cluster. Directories should be assigned to a cephfs-mirror daemon for replication. Since many cephfs-mirror daemons can be spawned, the plugin should be able to reassign directories amongst mirror instances whenever possible.
