Description

update: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/master/examples/boto3/README.md

with:

(1) add explanation on signature version in aws cli

in .aws/credentials add:
sns =
    signature_version = s3

(2) add example on how to fetch attributes of a specific topic. based on the example from here:
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/master/src/test/rgw/rgw_multi/zone_ps.py#L212

(3) add aws cli example for topic creation with endpoint
