Description

Currently Prometheus exporter uses the default prio_limit (PRIO_USEFUL) for thesholding the metrics to export. As users have previously requested to expose lower level metrics (https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/42961), this change will allow them to play around that setting.

However, as this might uncontrollably increase the number of metrics exposed, an alternative approach to consider could be to allow users to cherry-pick specific metrics they want exposed.
