Description
Add a new "rbd_stats_all_pools" config setting to the prometheus exporter. When enabled, all pools assigned to RBD will be included in the stats export. This will simplify configuration of the dashboard.

Re-used the existing "rbd_stats_pools" config option. It now accepts a '*' wildcard for the pool or namespace.
