SHOULD BE:

  1. systemctl daemon-reload

  2. systemctl start rbd-target-gw
  1. systemctl enable rbd-target-api
  2. systemctl start rbd-target-api

The target file is /ceph/doc/rbd/iscsi-target-cli.rst.
