Description

cephadm must support a <username> option so you can specify any user that has password-less sudo.

Needed also to generate documentation to explain that:
"Admin persona" is responsible to create the user, generate ssh keys, copying public key to the different cluster nodes, and to include the new user in the "sudoers" file.

Orchestrator needs to be aware of this user, maybe as config setting.
