Description

Since the format conversion may take from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the amount of stored "omap" data, consider disabling it by default. bluestore_fsck_quick_fix_on_mount got added in 52af6cda58409d4e90363d1bd741485683f54395.

I recall a few people who wanted this feature to be enabled by default to automate upgrades...
