Description

This is a follow-up to PR#34532 - the Dashboard documentation should provide some guidance to the users about which versions of Prometheus/Grafana and related components (e.g. node-exporter and alertmanager) they should deploy in order to get a functional/supported environment. To get started, it probably makes sense to collect the version numbers used in the development environments used by the dashboard development teams, and combine/collate these with the versions used for downstream products like RHCS or SES.
