Looks like this backport depends on backporting per-pool omap stats collection support, see
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/29292

The latter increases ondisk format to 3 while this ticket needs ondisk format to be 4.
Given that I'm not sure the backport makes sense - too many changes are required.
