Description

Replace the Telemetry module in 'qa/tasks/mgr/dashboard/test_mgr_module.py' with another mgr module because the Telemetry module is too complex and the test does not explicitely test the Telemetry module.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
