Description

Add a new configuration option of 'rbd_stats_enabled' that when set to true will automatically export stats from all pools that are flagged as RBD-owned (via pool application metadata). If the 'rbd_stats_pools' configuration option is set, it will act as a filter for the RBD pools. If it's set and the 'rbd_stats_enabled' config option has not been set, treat the export as enabled to preserve backwards compatibility.
