Description

ceph orch upgrade start [--ceph-version 15.2.1] [--image docker.io/ceph/ceph:whatever]

version argument just maps to image docker.io/ceph/ceph:v$version (base image is a cephadm config option currently) 
ceph orch upgrade stop

cancel in-progress upgrade
rook: NotImplementedError? 
ceph orch upgrade status

show whether an upgrade is in progress, and what we are upgrading to
rook: NotImplementedError?
looking at the pods?
progress item: looking at pods's container images
