Description

Object Gateway: Users and Buckets auto refresh or reload is not working, after clicking on refresh button only it's updating

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Object Gateway -> Users
2. perform some RGW operation using CLI e.g delete user
3. Then list the rgw user using CLI
4. But in dashboard Not getting auto update
5. follow the rgw cli operation for bucket delete
6. Then list the rgw bucket using CLI
7. But in dashboard Not getting auto update

Example for the deletion of the user(Username: johnny) is attached. After deleting the user using CLI, the user still exists in the list on the dashboard

I think it is by intention to not reload the data automatically because this action is really expensive (the user and bucket data must be requested for EVERY item via REST API call).

It might be worth looking into https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/22168 where i requested a better Admin OPS API some time ago. Maybe we should raise this issue again.
