Description
- should use nautilus/octopus instead of luminous as an example
- the RHEL section is empty
- should use el8 instead of el7 as an example
- the section of "Debian Packages" is not up-to-date anymore. for instance, we can compile with libaio1 (or libaio) shipped by debian/ubuntu without using the one offered by ceph's repo.
- the section of "RPM Packages" is not up-to-date anymore. for instance, we build rpm packages for el8. and snappy is offered by RHEL/CentOS8 now.
