cephadm: improve behaviour with virtual disks

Description

when your disks are virtual, the identify OSDs should just msg...it's
a no-op anyway. this could be extended to kvm virt disks and vmware to
cover the bases.

the vendor 0x1af4 is the "known" descriptor for VirtIO Disk - so we
should use that in the inventory display

this should probably end up in ceph-volume, otherwise we 'display' a translated string while we still match the bare '0x1af4' string internally.
