Description

We want to avoid potentially hundreds of snapshot-based mirroring images scanning every resulting object for deltas. Therefore, the snapshot-based image replayer should integrate with the image-sync throttler. If fast-diff is enabled, it should allow the image to sync using an alternative and larger queue.

Fast-diff is integrated already but rbd-mirror really needs a better QoS mechanism to restrict in-flight IOs. Just relying on image-sync throttler leaves much to be desired.
