Description
The field "System" is always "Yes" even for non-system users.
The cause is the system field value is "true" or "false" string
and not boolean (which is required for BooleanTextPipe).
Nautilus:
- Always empty (blank) value is shown.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
