Since we aren't using the latest version of angular in nautilus and didn't update node in src/pybind/mgr/dashboard/CMakeLists.txt, I don't think we need to backport this...

There is not currently any problem running the nautilus "make-dist" on openSUSE, so this backport is not needed.
