Description

`rgw add` and `rgw rm` have realm_name prior to zone_name, whereas `rgw_update` has it reversed.

orchestrator rgw add <realm_name> <zone_name> [<num:int>] [<hosts>...]
orchestrator rgw rm <realm_name> <zone_name>
orchestrator rgw update <zone_name> <realm_name> [<num:int>] [<hosts>...] [<label>]
