Description

Regularly see clock skew of hundreds of ms to seconds on plana and mira. Pick a stable ntp source, and update the chef stuff to use it. It doesn't have to be accurate, but it does need to be reasonably precise (<100ms!)

ceph-qa-chef has been updated to use DH's irvine NTP appliance (clock3.dreamhost.com). I also went ahead and pushed out the changes to all the machines that were currently up with some sed love.
