CentOS 8 only. Do we need to start building a newer kernel? (lame!)

Basically, building old kernels on really new userspace glibc got broken. See commit ff1bf4c071 in the kernel. The easiest fix is probably to just update this tarball to something newer (5.4-ish, ideally).
