Yuval, how much of https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/31878 would be necessary to backport to fix this issue?

The PR contains the fix as well as adding support for tags in notifications and notification filters. Adding object tags support is a small but useful feature, so, IMO, the entire PR could be backported to nautilus.

Thanks Yuval. We are supporting the bucket notifications feature on nautilus, so backporting fixes and other missing pieces is consistent with that. Would you be willing to prepare the backport, since we're likely to do one downstream anyway?
