Description
We now create peer records in non-default namespaces so that we can report remote status. This means that when we delete a peer, we need to ensure the matching peer (by fsid) is removed from all registered namespaces.

... or perhaps as a cleaner option just avoid pinging in non-default namespace and have the CLI look up the fsid from the default namespace peers.
