Description
QE team reported a usability issue. They find misleading to allow users to enable rbd-mirroring when no daemons are actually running, as that will immediately cause the cluster to enter in HEALTH ERR status.
Description of problem: With no rbd mirroring daemon running, edit mode button should be disabled. As enabling the mirroring mode on the pool with no rbd-mirroing daemon results in Health Error, which is misleading.

Why is it misleading? I think it's a good thing that it's telling you that mirroring isn't functioning as intended (since you don't have any rbd-mirror daemons running). The same would happen if you did have rbd-mirror daemons running, enabled mirroring, and then the daemons were stopped -- you would want it to be in a error state. My 2 cents, I don't think it make sense to disable it based upon the transient state of an rbd-mirror daemon -- especially daemons that currently need to be provisioned via external tooling).
