Description
The SSH orchestrator will soon be able to provide information about pending updates, so it would be useful to notify the administrator of new versions of code that are available in the dashboard, e.g. via a toasty notification or by visualizing the version/update information in the list of hosts.

I'd just fetch the :latest tag once in a while. I made PR a while ago to request the registry:
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/36280
but this is not a solution that is working in general, but only for a few registries. That's why I abandoned this PR.
