Description

Hi Team,

Some enterprise object storage like Hitachi and IBM got a default config for allowing to the system admin to default expiry incompleted multi parts after X days.

Hitachi by default it's 30 days, I think this feature will be useful in CEPH to sanitize our CEPH systems.

Its like a global Licecycle policy.
