Description

It is possible for a bucket to be added to the reshard queue and then to be removed before its entry in the reshard queue is processed. Rather than erroring out on these entries they should be cleaned up automatically.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
