Hi,
I have noticed multiple errors in MGR log:

The secret_id may be different during the oberservation time.
Assuming that this is related to some OSD problems it would be interesting to understand what secret_id is representing here.

This error message is not only written in active MGR log but in specific OSD logs, too.
