this it the builder that most qa and devs depend on for testing new code. can we max out the cpus and/or give it as much fast disk as we can?

I guess this came in when I was working on the lab expansion. Its already got 8 CPU's allocated to it. VM's in generally (especially libvirt ones using qcow compressed images (ubuntu cloud image)) have slow disk I/O.

I could use one of the spare dreamhost serfs I got once we get disks back from RMA and migrate it to an actual physical machine.
