Description

We do not recommend using an EC pool as the default data pool for many reasons, documented in [1].

`fs new` should warn the operator if they're doing that without thinking twice about it.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
