Description
As Tatjana suggested in my PR, the idea is to add another "Testing" section to our current documentation about
"complex test code (by adding helper functions and loops and so on) vs. code redundancy"
(copied from https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/30963).
As discussed in the PR I suggested to address this in a different/follow-up PR.
