Description
_txc_state_proc function might set TXC's state before committing data to DB.
Issue is Nautilus and earlier releases specific as master already has some changes making the case even worse and then fixing the whole bunch, see https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/42189

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
