Description
I noticed this when playing around in a vstart cluster from the current master branch: when clicking selecting OSD in the table and clicking the "Device health" details tab, no output is shown. It would be helpful to see notification about why I don't see any information here (similar to how it's done in other places, e.g. the embedded Grafana Dashboards or when RGW access has not been configured/enabled).
