Description

Verified with Fedora 29 Chrome & Firefox versions.

Alternatives explored:
  • adding .body {overflow-x: hidden
  • adding .row { margin: auto; } at refresh.component.scss

Bootstrap 4 upgraded indirectly fixed this issue in master.

I leave severity as minor as it has minimal visual impact (except for the horizontal scroll bar).
