Description

- implement snapshot bootstrap derived class
- state (primary, syncing vs replaying) should be stored in image-meta
- image sync should use new mirroring snapshot namespace
- create new snapshot replayer helper class
- sleeps waiting on image header update (potentially indicates new snapshot)
- use image-meta to store tracking data for peer
- last applied mirroring snapshot
- last copied object during snapshot sync
- prune mirroring snapshots when fully applied and not needed for next delta
