Description

- batch status updates from multiple image replayers
- throttle updates in the batch update helper and remove throttling from image replayer
- run `MirrorStatusWatcher` againt remote cluster
- extend `MirrorImageStatus` type to include remote mirror uuid
- send replay status to remote peer (tied to mirror uuid)
- cls_rbd.mirror_image_status_get/list should prune remote entries if daemon not up
