Description

Write functionality for the MDS so that on command it will do a blocking scrub of all data in a tree for which it is authoritative. This should be stack-based as described elsewhere, so that it requires memory proportional the working dir and the depth of the tree, but not proportional to the total number of entries in the scrub space. For now, assume that any non-auth dentries are correct.
