Description

I think we can fix this most easily by passing a 'miss' name to the fetch, and have the fetch stick it at the top (not middle) of the lru, so that it doesn't get trimmed.

Alternatively, if we can find some way to get it pinned by the mdr in question, by passing that to the fetch as well...
