Description

Hello,

right now ceph uses in its logfiles YY.MM.DD for today 10.09.14 which is confusing (at least for me in the beginning) with the little endian form DD.MM.YY and today 10.09... could be read as 10. Sept.
There is ISO 8601 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601 which defines the date format as YYYY-MM-DD which is better readable because the year has 4 characters.
