Description

Use the priority cache tuner for mon caches. Also implement a config observer to handle changes to mon cache sizes.

The PR 28227 is merged into master. Need to backport this to Nautilus.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
