Description

Allow setting mode bits(directory permissions) when creating fs subvolume, and fs subvolume group through the CLI.

$ ceph fs subvolumegroup create <vol name> <gp name> --mode <mode>
$ ceph fs subvolume create <vol name> <subvol name> <size> --mode <mode>
